What a great experience! The whole staff is so nice, You can tell they actually care about fixing your vehicle and advising what repair(s) it "honestly" needs to keep it running smoothly. Im 67 and us older folks can trust these guys, they are the "real deal" they only fix what is needed and "suggest" if other repairs need followed up on. They are NOT all about "your $$$$".....

I purchased a 2001 Mazda Miata MX5 Convertible from a 91 year old seller that did not address scheduled TLC items necessary to maintain it in top condition. Fearing I would have to travel to Tucson to have corrections made, I was delighted to find that Sierra Service Center had the ability to actually accomplish what I needed locally. New fuel injectors, spark plugs, belts, water pump, flush and refill all systems plus a few electrical items and it's running better than ever. I drove it to Tucson for an appointment for the first time at highway speeds and it performed wonderfully! The owner, Ernie, is a very personable individual with an excellent automotive background and expertise necessary to perform any maintenance issue required. Thank you, Ernie and the talented mechanics at Sierra Service Center for breathing new life into my MX5 that I'm enjoying very much! JCH

Took RV out on first run & had a real problem with loose steering. Vehicle felt like it was wondering all over the road. After being fixed it is like a completly different vehicle. Thank you for the great service.

I travel across country often and therefore before hitting the road I have a safety check done on my vehicle. AZ is my home base AAA dealer. They have always done me good and since going to them have had no questionable issues with any repairs or maintenance. They r Always professional, very knowledgeable and explain exactly what is needed. They keep track of my repairs and if I have something done while on the road I bring back my receipts and they update my records. Which brings me to notate that while on the road prior to returning to AZ I had a safety check done in Nashville and was told I needed immediate work done such as rear brakes and window wipers etc Yeah and I felt the pressure and urgency in their tone. But Because of good record keeping I reclined and told them. I recently had work done on my car and would take it to my repair center when I return to AZ. Yesterday I took my car into AZ AAA sierra vista service center and I told them of my experience in Nashville and asked them to check out the car. AZ service center measured my brake pads and verified in their history that I didn't need brakes. I love these guys. Thank you for your honesty!!!!!! The place is very clean. And everyone is professional and friendly and they take the time to actually help u and go over everything with u and I never feel rushed and they r so polite and pleasant. Thank you guys.
