"This place is the real deal, believe the hype. Excellent experience from picking up the phone to ask for a same day appointment, and they were able to get me in at a time that worked for me. Very satisfied with the work performed for a 30,000 mi service, done quickly and the entire staff was very friendly."

2016 Top Shop Award Winner

Constant Push TO EXCELLENCE

This past year continued positive growth in all areas of our business. Our refreshed NAPA Pro Image identity, new corporate logo, as well as prominent display and exposure from our AAA Top Shop Award Winner signage gave our location excellent “curb appeal” and helped drive in traffic. Recruitment and ASE certification of a well experienced service consultant and an additional service technician, who also achieved ASE certification, allowed our ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Recognized Business status to remain in place for the ninth year in a row. Sierra Service Center now has 100% of technicians and service writers certified in the ASE program. No other shop in Cochise county has these credentials.

Plant and Wrenches

Sierra Service Center has by no means achieved excellence. Like the end of the rainbow, excellence is a moving goal at which we are aiming. Every year we are better than the previous year; at the same time, the distance to excellence is lengthened by the success of our achievements. The bar grows ever higher and we advance better but never closer. And it will be like that next year as well.
