This place was great! I had my jeep wrangler and honda pilot worked on here. The service was timely and thorough, they never tried to sell me more than what was necessary. I trusted them to work on my vehicles and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Visited this location on 4-16-16. Truck was dead and was forced to tow it. Sierra Service Center was really helpful in coordinating a tow, finding the problem quickly (blown fuse), and repairing it. Jim the owner was really easy to work with, and offered great professional upkeep advice and a fair price on all services. Highly recommend this location because most dealerships are closed on Saturdays and for those of us who need weekend upkeep done look no further! AAA location as well. Mom and Pop shop atmosphere with excellent service 5/5.

The absolute reflection of part of their name-"SERVICE"!. I purchased a new vehicle from a dealer and chose to have it serviced by the hometown little guys; the best decision I could have possibly made. We took in our Jeep to get the brakes and rotors replaced and Sierra Service Center offers some of the most excellent customer service I've ever experienced in auto repair. Jimmy was so pleasant to work with and Mike took care of the repairs on the car. They knew the problem right away and even though they were busy they had it ready earlier than I thought. Jimmy's wife, Jean, offered me a ride to and from their auto repair, and she was such a joy. I also appreciated that they focused only on what I came in to repair. Overall, very professional and expert service!

The mechanics here are so helpful and thorough and they got us on the road in a short amount of time. They offered us water and had the most pleasant and down-to-earth, honest customer service. For any of your car needs this is the place! What a gem to have in Sierra Vista! :)
