Now this is an Automotive Service Center that works hard to earn your trust and appreciation. I've taken my BMW X5 to two other locations for services, but was disappointed by the level of workmanship as well as the service provided. Finally, I've found a service center with people that I can trust to diagnose issues and do what is needed. The professionalism and excellent service has earned them a lifetime customer.

These guys are up-front and ethical. I trust them for my vehicle's maintenance. Good mechanics are hard to find and I found them!

Excellent service. I was able to get my car back the same day, despite the amount of work that my vehicle needed. They even worked on my car 4 hours past closing. Also the quality of the work done is fantastic. My vehicle drives as if it was brand, thanks to the team. Ernie was in constant contact with me about the progress of my vehicle throughout the day. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

I recently PCSed to Fort Huachuca and drove my vehicle here. My car had been in government storage for two years while I was in Korea so I had a safely inspection done on my car during my leave. The mechanics brought several issues (check engine light/misfire, sway bars and shocks and struts) to my attention but I did not have the time to address the issues there. Along the drive here, I remembered a couple of other issues (AC not working and rear window not going down from the front switch). When I arrived here, I came across Sierra Service Center on Yelp. I called to make an appointment and explained my situation to Jimmy. I brought my vehicle in to them and they took care of ALL my issues. Ernie called to keep me informed of the status every day. I am very happy with how they fixed everything and the car runs GREAT!! I highly recommend them!
